The Harrisburg City Islanders of the United Soccer League (USL), are coming to the state-of-the-art Capelli Sport Complex March 3rd, 2017 to play in a match and host a youth training clinic for boys and girls U8 - U14. This event will be FREE to the public!

Kickoff is set for 4:30 PM as the professional soccer team will match up against a strong Division I LIU - Brooklyn Blackbirds Men’s Team. Following the match, players from The Harrisburg City Islanders will be on-hand to sign autographs and lead a series of 90 minute training clinics throughout the Capelli Sport Complex!

2017 marks the 14th season of the Harrisburg City Islanders franchise as they prepare to compete in the second division of US professional soccer.

The match and training sessions will take place on Phase I of the Capelli Sport
Complex, which features two full-sided outdoor, synthetic turf fields. Construction on Phase II has already begun, which will feature an additional two full-sided outdoor, synthetic turf fields by summer 2017. Phase III will feature the fifth full-sided outdoor, synthetic turf field, grandstand, and multi-sport indoor complex, which will feature a full-sided, synthetic turf field, four basketball/futsal courts, locker rooms, and a fitness center.
